Design innovation
As fabricators, we are always tinkering and prototyping, looking for better, stronger and more streamlined ways of doing things. Our design, tooling and assembly continually evolves, responding to design trends, functionality, new technologies, ease of installation and cost-effectiveness.
New knowledge and techniques
Developing the welding skills of our fabricators has created a team of trade-certified specialists. Higher skills bring new innovations to market, leading to speed and quality advantages. In the hardware and automation categories, our specification manager and consultants undergo training via the product companies, enabling us to advise and specify with authority.
The benefits of automation
By automating sections of our manufacturing process, we’ve been able to increase output and expand our product range. CNC routers and lasers automate the cutting, drilling and assembly processes, their accuracy and speed benefits leaving us more time for the exacting welding and finishing stages.
Accurately sized
This increase in plant automation brings greater precision, accuracy and site customisation. Careful site measures from installers are turned by our fabrication team into digital files for the cutting and drilling machines. We can provide BIM files, too, so architects can drop them straight into their models for exact details and dimensions when designing interfaces with the building structure.
Inhouse powdercoating
We have our own powdercoating plant, offering the Dulux and Interpon colour palettes. As well as reducing lead times and enhancing quality control, it allows us to provide a ten-year warranty on the coating and workmanship.
Site delivery
We own our own delivery fleet for fast delivery to our North Island customers, including the option of Hiab deliv- ery to site for Auckland clients. In the South Island, we work with the best freight partners for your location.
