Levin Ambulance Station

Designed as a state-of-the art facility, the Levin Ambulance Station officially opened last month as Te Puna Oranga Ngākau Hato Hone St John. The station features modern amenities, including a six-bay parking garage for ambulances, training areas, and rest facilities for staff.

One of the key challenges of the station was ensuring secure and efficient access for emergency vehicles. The need for a reliable and robust gate automation system was paramount to maintain operational efficiency and security.

To address this requirement, the station implemented the Italian-made TOM 5024 swing gate motor from Urban Group. Known for its durability and high performance, this motor is ideal for high-traffic areas and offers several advantages:
