Our clients required a gate that would work within a sloping contour, yet struggled to find a practical solution. We devised a combination of a swing and a sliding gate – the swing gate fitted with a lifting kit to raise it above the sloping driveway, and a recessed channel for the louvred sliding gate. The swing gate connects with the sliding gate when closed to create a series of matching panels for an elegant road front. We managed the whole project, which included rebuilding sections of the wall, installing the cabling and intercom, and fitting custom backlit street numbers.
