Manchester Square

Manchester Square is Williams Corporation’s largest development to date, combining townhouses, apartments, and commercial spaces within a high-density urban precinct.

The scale and mixed-use nature of the site required fencing systems that could be applied consistently across different building types and boundary conditions, while meeting council requirements and maintaining a clean, modern finish suited to long-term urban living.

Urban Group worked with the project team to specify solutions that addressed both privacy and permeability across the site. StabiFence was used for internal residential boundaries, providing low-maintenance aluminium fencing with acoustic benefits to help reduce noise transfer between homes while creating a uniform appearance throughout the development.

At key entry points, Assure fencing was installed to meet council permeability requirements while keeping the development feeling open.

Urban Group also fabricated custom hot water cylinder covers using StabiSolid panels with aluminium tops. These were designed to integrate with the fencing and surrounding architecture, protecting services from the weather while minimising visual clutter.

The completed works deliver a cohesive fencing and screening solution across Williams Corporation’s largest project to date, supporting both residential and commercial areas with a consistent, considered aesthetic.
